The services provided by Reaching for Angels are detailed in the services section that can be found from the main web site. The following points are as a guide to what level of service can be expected and what is expected from the client.

1. A reading in any of the forms offered by Reaching for Angels will only take place when payment has been taken. Payment can be made by cheque or postal order which can be sent to the address on our contacts page. Cheques and postal orders will be banked on the day of them being received. For payment by credit card or PAYPAL. The client must follow our card processors instructions to who you will be securely directed upon clicking the 'BUY NOW' button. ALL details are kept privately between our card processor PAYPAL and the client. See our privacy and security section for details payment security.

2. In the unlikely event that a reader fails to connect with a loved one in spirit relevant to the client then a full refund and a further free reading will be given to the client. Readings are not an exact science and it will be up to the discretion of the reader as to the success of the connection, although any client complaints or appeals to the reader’s decision can be e-mailed to Katy directly via the web site. It is our intention to carry on Katy’s good reputation and Reaching for Angels will endeavour to deliver a fair and honest service, we have no intention of playing with clients feelings it is paramount to our objective to be a caring business that looks after its clients. Your opinions of our service are always welcome.

3. A phone reading will last approximately thirty to sixty minuets but will only end when the reader feels that the reading has run its course. A client will not be cut off because the time has expired.

4. An e-mail reading will be given the same time structure as above although because of its nature will not take the client the same period to read. The information is condensed in this form of reading without pauses and is a good way of answering questions of loved ones.

5. To assist a reader a phone reading is always better with a clients recognition of what has been said to them; interaction is the best way to perform these readings with clients having the opportunity to reject or accept the reader’s comments. This is also a good opportunity for the client to interact with the loved one in spirit through the reader.

6. If a client is deemed by the reader to be aggressive or abusive in any way towards the reader then the call will be terminated immediately, it is not our policy to offer a refund under these circumstances.
